We Iove our Jeep & VERY PLEASED w/ Brad & the Service Dept! I took our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for regular maintenance service yesterday. Amazing Experience at Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep Melanie is the best. New car purchase I went to the dealership to explore replacing my 6 year old Town and Country with a Pacifica. (From the reviews I had read, and a brief test drive se I went to the dealership to explore replacing my 6 year old Town and Country with a Pacifica. (From the reviews I had read, and a brief test drive several month ago at another dealership, I knew this was the car I wanted. I had hoped to find a used Pacifica with low mileage, but could not find one in my area that was equipped the way I wanted). The dealership had a couple of cars in stock that fit my needs. Lou let me take one home to show my wife, and we eventually decided on a different Pacifica that was available. Working with Lou was as painless as buying a new car could be. He was friendly and patient throughout the process. He had a thorough knowledge of Pacifica in general and what features were available on the various trim levels. He understood my needs completely, and did not try to upsell me. He worked hard to get a final price that fit my requirements. After all the paper work was done, he spent well over an hour sitting in our new car patiently showing me how all the controls worked.
