My prior salesman, Lou Davis, was tied up with another customer when I visited, so one of his coworkers, Val, helped me out. I had already given Lou a heads-up and general idea of what I was looking for and Val couldn't have been more friendly or helpful in narrowing down the choices. After about an hour of test driving and asking questions we sat down and came to agreement on a deal that we both were happy with after the sales manager did some fine tuning on the final numbers. From the receptionist to the finance guy, the staff at MBCJ do their best to make the car buying experience relaxed and hassle free. More

Lou knew the parameters of what we wanted and how much we were willing to go with. He made one trip to his manager, came back with three options, we tightened up the one option that was closest to what we wanted and shook hands! Deal was done! I had the vehicle I wanted and a payment that was actually less than where we started from. Lou was friendly and easy to talk to, he listened to what we wanted and made it happen. Again, I hate buying cars I leave that job to my husband, but this time I will say it was enjoyable! More
