AI booking is disrespectful of my time, the service is almost useful, but asking question for information all provided is wasteful. The AI call center background is detracts from the experience. The ACA warranty is difficult to use, and it feels like the the service reps discouraged the use of it. Right now I feel like I wasted 5k on that warranty. Generally, Nye went from a honest broker, small town dealer to a faceless corporation. Generally because of the ACA warranty, and AI booking, I’ll avoid using nye. More
