The check in person Tina was excellent and I’d rate her 4,5 stars but as for staff, not so great. I was not greeted or acknowledged as other customers were and it showed. Even if I didn’t have a tragedy oc 4,5 stars but as for staff, not so great. I was not greeted or acknowledged as other customers were and it showed. Even if I didn’t have a tragedy occur in my family today, I don’t feel comfortable taking my vehicle back due to the very cold treatment I received.Will look into seeing if I can have it serviced/ repaired and trade in at another VW dealership.
