Extra effort Chris was referred by a friend in the car business and he exceeded expectations. We choose a used car at another Nalley dealership and Chris picked it up personally and and brought it to his store. We took the vehicle on a test drive and to our mechanic for an inspection. Everything checked out well. Chris got us a good price and gave us trade-in credit for our used up 292K mile truck. His also helped after the sale. The used vehicle had been turned in at the other dealer with only one key FOB. He worked back through channels and got the original owner to return the other FOB plus owner's manuals and the original sticker. We greatly appreciate his hard work and will refer him to everyone.
