Transparent, honest and a pleasure to work with Just completed a purchase of a 2020 Toyota Prius LE last week for my daughter. She lives in Atlanta. I am a former GA resident, am licensed to practice Law in Georgia and I am also a Mechanical Engineer - in other words a dishonest dealership’s worst nightmare. I live in the Northeast and had options to purchase from about six different States around both GA and my home. I have also purchased two new cars over the past three years. We contacted at least 20 dealers via phone and E-mail. AJ, and Nalley Toyota of Roswell, was by far the most efficient, honest, straightforward and competitive Dealership I have ever worked with in over 35 years of purchasing cars. The prices were very competitive, the responsiveness and professionalism of AJ was outstanding and the total purchase experience was beyond my most positive expectations. This was a surprise gift that required a lot of coordination and follow up since we were titling the vehicle in hers and her Mom’s name. AJ handled most of the details, stayed on top of the deal, and worked with our Salesman, Vance Fite, who was out on vacation when we first started the deal. I flew to Atlanta to complete the deal after we surprised my daughter and was so impressed with how Vance made sure the final paperwork and installation of some accessories that were not available at Sale were efficiently handled. He treated my daughter and I as if we the most important customers he had. You can’t fake this...it was genuine. Vance worked with Chris in Service to ensure everything was completed per the deal. While waiting for the car, my daughter and I completed the Title and Sale paperwork with Joshua Cox. Again, a very efficient, customer centric experience. The Dealership itself was stellar. Very well laid out, with a very comfortable waiting area and Cafe. Employees that we interacted with while awaiting the final accessories install were friendly and engaging. Again, you can’t fake this...it’s obvious this is a well run Dealership that has embraced customer service as key part of their culture. My only regret is I didn’t get to meet AJ in person. A true gentleman and I am sure a top performer at this Dealership. I would highly recommend this Dealership and in particular AJ, Vance Fite and Joshua Cox when considering your next vehicle purchase. More

All 3 were very professional, gave me all the information & details that I needed to know, provided sincere advise, & then let me decide what I wanted as part of the deal. Purchasing a new car has always been a "dread" for me but this was a really nice encounter. These 3 individuals signify the dedication to potential & actual buyers and are great representatives of this business. I would visit this dealership for future support, parts, & or services if it was not for the fact that I live too far away from them. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted with a warm welcome and given a quick five-minute tour of the facility. The waiting area located around the service department offers free beverages and snacks. Our tour was followed by a test drive. Amanda patiently answered all the questions we had for her. She also made sure we are aware of the safety/ security, and the convenience features offered by the model. I have to say, I am genuinely impressed with Toyota, especially with the build quality, the styling and the rich feature set. During negations, Troy, AJ and Amanda worked tirelessly explaining different options. They were able to meet the price point we had in mind giving us a great deal! Brandyn helped us with financing. He also explained in detail all the add-on warranties offered. He pointed out the essential warranties we should consider getting and the reason why they are essential, backing claims with numbers. I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to the team at Nalley Toyota of Roswell making this car buying experience a very positive one for us.
