I found Bob to be patient and very easy to work with, and while not afraid to ask for my business, very professional and not "pushy". I recently purchased a 2019 RDX from Bob for the above reasons. Further, I shopped on line for competitive pricing for the RDX and found Bob and Naples Acura to be extremely competitive. The service department is amazing - only had my cars in for routine service, but advisors were very good - car was returned before promise times, and clean. I really like my new RDX and look forward to my next new Acura in 3 years - again from Bob. More
