Upon my arrival at Naples Acura I was greeted by Sparky Meador. I walked on the lot to check out a 2021 TLX that I saw on-line, so he quickly pointed it out to me & grabbed the keys. It was a nice car, b Meador. I walked on the lot to check out a 2021 TLX that I saw on-line, so he quickly pointed it out to me & grabbed the keys. It was a nice car, but we were really looking for a new 2022 SUV, but as all of you know, there isn't much inventory right now. After telling that story to Sparky, he told us to follow him in to the showroom, as he believed that they might have a few "unspoken for" MDX & RDX arriving. Luckily they had a vehicle with the color & options we were looking for due to them in a week. Sparky promptly & very professional set the wheels in motion & we took delivery less than a week later. Everyone at the dealership & especially Sparky were awesome to deal with & the car buying process was a pleasure. Forget the on-line buying experience & purchase a vehicle from Naples Acura. First class customer service from beginning to end. More
