Marvin Sold me a 2021 RDX with a bad odor. He said he’d have it fixed up while I signed the papers. After I signed the papers, I opened the car door and the odor was still there. He immediately took it to detail shop and had lemon sprayed inside. I got home with the car and my neighbor smelled inside and said palm rats are living in it. I’m took it back the next morning. I asked for my trade in back and wanted my $10 k deposit refunded. Marvin got Joe Eisenberg the sales manager involved. Showed me 2 used cars on the lot that were not suitable. Joe then had the service Dept connect an industrial ionizer to the RDX cabin air and changed the air filter. He said “will see if this works” I told him I was flying out for 10 days and wanted my trade in returned to me and my money refunded. He said “let’s wait til you get back, if it’s not better will do it then”. I believed him and left with the RDX. When I returned on 10/4 the cabin odor was still there. I called Joe, reported it and took the RDX in the following morning. Salesman, David F showed me some used cars again none suitable. I asked for my complete deposit back but was told $4K would NOT be refunded. I contacted Acura Corporate office and the GM Ross Levy. Ross suggested I leave the RDX for Biocleansing and gave me a loaner sedan for 2 days. More
It's not often you can say you enjoyed your car buying experience! However, the service provided by Michael "Sparky" Meador from the time I walked in the door until I took delivery of my new RDX was reall experience! However, the service provided by Michael "Sparky" Meador from the time I walked in the door until I took delivery of my new RDX was really outstanding. Sparky clearly knows his product and has the ability to convey it to his customers in a efficient and non-pushy way. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Naples Acura and sales people like Sparky are the reason why. I have never had to take my cars in for service except for routine oil changes and again the experience was seamless and fast. More

Norm ws a very "Low Key" or Low Pressure Salesperson, which made our 2020 MDX buying experience a pleasure. He was thoroughly knowledegble about our Model, Package & Year & was able to compare feature to which made our 2020 MDX buying experience a pleasure. He was thoroughly knowledegble about our Model, Package & Year & was able to compare feature to feature to the 2016 MDX we were trading in. Norm listened to our concerns & addressed all of our questions & "Hot Buttons" in delivering our car. He was able to bring in his Manager when we reached impasse on our deal, who was abe to remove the last hurdles to our satisfaction. Once we reached our deal & shook hands, Norm, along with Mary Ann Sullivan were very efficient & diligent in making sure all details & documentation were taken care of, so there were no open items that we had to go back & revisit. In essence, they did not waste any of our time, & we probably spent between 3 & 4 hours over 2 days from our driving in to driving out with our new car, which we appreciated. All in all, we had a very good Buying Experience & we felt good about the deal we made, the car we received & the treatment we were giben. Top shelf, which is what you would expect in purchasing an Acura Vehicle. More
