Brian Marshall - my service advisor - is the best service advisor that I have ever worked with. I just managed to get my disabled son’s modified van into the service department late on a Friday afternoon. advisor that I have ever worked with. He called me on Saturday morning to tell me all required parts had been ordered and my van would be ready on Wednesday. I was very surprised when Brian called me on Tuesday morning to inform me that my van was ready. I used the courtesy shuttle both ways and the experience was also great!
