I have never had customer service like Vendela, Her attention to the customer and making sure things were addressed was superior. I would have given a 5 star review except that I was kept waiting for an hour to receive my rental car while waiting for my 'recall' repairs to be preformed on my brand new 2023 1500 Ram truck... I would ex waiting for an hour to receive my rental car while waiting for my 'recall' repairs to be preformed on my brand new 2023 1500 Ram truck... I would expect that during a recall repair that I wouldn't have to wait at all as I made the appointment for the repairs at least 4 days before coming in. I bought a new vehicle so that my time would no longer be wasted on waiting for repairs. The service people were otherwise very polite and accommodating. They get a 5 star. However Chrysler should only get a 3 star on this repair situation. More
