Brian Marshall - my service advisor - is the best service advisor that I have ever worked with. I just managed to get my disabled son’s modified van into the service department late on a Friday afternoon. advisor that I have ever worked with. I just managed to get my disabled son’s modified van into the service department late on a Friday afternoon. Brian greeted me with concern and quickly diagnosed my problem. He called me on Saturday morning to tell me all required parts had been ordered and my van would be ready on Wednesday. I was very surprised when Brian called me on Tuesday morning to inform me that my van was ready. I used the courtesy shuttle both ways and the experience was also great! Thank you for an excellent customer experience. More
