Oil change LONG wait and then they forgot to rotate tires. Vehicle went back in for rotation which was quickly done, but didn’t properly inflate tire! I used the express lane service to have the oil changed in my Jeep. I've been using Naples Chrysler Jeep for years and this was the best experience I've had. In the past the check-in process was chaotic an in my Jeep. I've been using Naples Chrysler Jeep for years and this was the best experience I've had. In the past the check-in process was chaotic and there were long delays after the work was completed while paperwork was completed and I was notified to check-out.
