I have been a customer/client of this dealership for at least 5 - 10 years with oil changes and other work and have been very pleased with the service. In particular yesterday I had a woman (sorry I did no least 5 - 10 years with oil changes and other work and have been very pleased with the service. In particular yesterday I had a woman (sorry I did not note her name) on the service side assist me with a couple of time sensitive issues and they were resolved!! I have bought/sold a couple of vehicles and the Salespeople have been great to work with. Although I do have an issue with the transferring of out of state plates, although a person I spoke with yesterday assured me that the process is underway and not to be concerned. I do believe him and we shall see in the next few weeks how that works out. Hopefully I don't have to take back a star. :-) Naples Dodge should display their service people on the website as well as Sales, Admin and Finance. More

People make service departments sink or swim Bill was my service writer. Bill kept me up to date on truck progress. Customer area is adequate. For second time in a row have asked specifically for synthetic service writer. Bill kept me up to date on truck progress. Customer area is adequate. For second time in a row have asked specifically for synthetic oil to be used and have had non synthetic oil used in oil change little disappointed in that but Bill has reached out to make it right !!
