Booked an appointment for a recall. Service staff was friendly and worked efficiently. I was offered a ride home instead of waiting 2 or 3 hours at the dealership. One hour and a half l Service staff was friendly and worked efficiently. I was offered a ride home instead of waiting 2 or 3 hours at the dealership. One hour and a half later received a call and the dealer shuttle picked me up again. Nothing to complain about. Would do business again with them. More

Horrible experience. Was lead to believe there was a 2nd key for this $61K vehicle, only to find out several days later from the sales guy that there wasn't another key Was lead to believe there was a 2nd key for this $61K vehicle, only to find out several days later from the sales guy that there wasn't another key. I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle knowing it wasn't coming with 2 key fob. Felt completely lied too. Would never do business with Naples Dodge again or recommend to anyone. More
