The time it took for my car to get an oil change and to go through the Naples Advantage was disappointing to say the least. It took them over 8 hours for this to be completed. Along with the Naples Advantage, I asked them to take a look at my driver side window, that seemed to be malfunctioning and above my driver side front tire, the cloth frame was missing a plastic nut to hold it in place. Neither of those items were addressed. When I picked up my car, I asked them about the nut, and no one knew what I was talking about. They ended up telling me the nut needed to be ordered, and I would get a call within the next few days to have it put in. This was on August 26th and it is September 18th, still no call. Also, the driver side window was not fixed and it still malfunctions. I am not happy with my experience taking my brand new car here for the first time, and will likely never bring it back. I do not even know what the Naples Advantage offers, but my car looked the same as it did when I dropped it off. I also am still waiting on a reimbursement for over $40 for fuel I put in a loaner when I first bought my car; almost one year ago! I also had to use an Uber to get to work, and back to pick up my car, because they said their driver was just not available for me either time. Sad experience with this Group! Very disappointed, and will not recommend. More
