Vehicle was in for 10K mile service on a Friday. Traveling to NY the on the following Sunday the "Service Past Due" lit up my dash and the right front tire was low on air pressure. Needless to say Traveling to NY the on the following Sunday the "Service Past Due" lit up my dash and the right front tire was low on air pressure. Needless to say we were very concerned about driving long long distance with the warning light but it was Sunday and couldn't contact the dealership. Early Monday morning we texted Joe Lim at the service dept. and was told not to worry, the tech "forgot" to reset the oil reminder and just stop by a dealership and they will reset for us. A very inconvenient and time consuming option during the holidays. I have concerns with the tech as this seemed to be basic, rote procedure as is checking the tire pressure. If the tech forgot to do this routine step, what else did the tech forget to do? On the positive side, Joe Lim was helpful, courteous and professional. More
