Overall, it was a good experience. I got a great car at what turned out to be a fair price, I think. Bradley was pleasant, patient, and professional. My suggestion for improvement, as I indicated to them, is that all the extra charges that in my case raised the price paid from the low $30's (thousands) to well into the $40's be disclosed to the potential buyer before the latter is asked to sign the final documents. It came as a shock to me, and I can't have been first one to feel that. I realize that the dealership has no control over the taxes, etc, but there were other items of substantial cost of which I should have been made aware much earlier in the process. The staff did accommodate my request for an adjustment, and I appreciate that. As I told Bradley, "all's well that ends well", and I got a great car that was handed over in superb condition. More
