I brought my car in because it was not turning over well (suspected starter issue). Danniela let me know it was a battery issue, but refused to answer my call or text asking if she had checked the starter. (suspected starter issue). It was only the person in the office when I arrived to check my car who explained to me why they thought it was the battery and why they could not test the starter/alternator with my current battery.
