Had an appointment at 8:45 , I was there at 8:30. My appointment was for oil change, tire rotation and I told them there is a squeaky noise from front when I make turns. They took the car back and in 15 minutes I got a video text showing my brakes need to replace and in the text said” Your advisor will reach out shortly with more information.” I waited 3 hours was thinking they are busy and someone will come and explain the situation with estimate. Finally I go back and tell them I need to get my car because I have to go to work. And the lady who was helping me went back to check the car and she told me I need to replace my brakes. I said yes I know that I saw the video but nobody came and told me what would be the price, how long would it take to finish the job, etc…The lady gave me the estimate of $1800 for brakes. I said it is too expensive for meAnd I repeated I need my car just please do the oil change so I can go. Now this is the part that really made me write this review. She said she has to charge $180 for diagnostic. They never mentioned this charge when I bring my car. I think it is a good amount of money needs to be told to people before charge. If I knew I would not let them do the diagnostic. They didn’t mention this charge from the beginning at all. I had to go to work so I didn’t make a big deal but I will never go back because if their dishonesty. Used to be my favorite place. I purchased 4 cars from there. But not anymore just because you made $189. Good job! More

I like to buy one too if there is a $1650 worth of a sedan with this condition? So I don't think I'm going back to mazda for my Lexus services. More
