Normally we receive a video of what Naples Mazda has completed on our car and if there are any recommendations for repairs, cleaning, etc. This time however, the video was just a mechanic walking around completed on our car and if there are any recommendations for repairs, cleaning, etc. This time however, the video was just a mechanic walking around the car doing something to the tires with no commentary so I have no idea what that was supposed to mean or what he was trying to tell us to get fixed. Everything else was fine, presumably he did the processes we asked him to. The video is one of the big reasons we bring our car here so without that, we can go somewhere else. More
