Bummed that I had to go in the 1st place as my display monitor became seemingly possessed. Had it replaced 2 years ago and it was no longer under warranty so I was told that I would have to pay to have it monitor became seemingly possessed. I was going to pay for it, because what else was I supposed to do however, I explained that this malfunctioning was NOT normal wear and tear. Fortunately, Scott went to bat for me simply because I was annoyed.and it worked out in the end. More
