Horrible Service! Tried for over 1 week to purchase a Miata as a cash deal. No follow through, car wasn’t clean inside as promised when we went to pick it up, told t Tried for over 1 week to purchase a Miata as a cash deal. No follow through, car wasn’t clean inside as promised when we went to pick it up, told them when we were arriving and to have paperwork ready and were there for an hour and still no paperwork. Left without purchasing the car. When I told the manager I would be reporting their poor service he said, oh you have time to report us but not to wait. Yes I’m reporting them while by spouse drives us home on our 1.5 hour drive from the dealership. If I could give them ZERO stars I would! Worst service ever!!! More

Andrea was very efficient, answered my questions, explained the technician's recommendations for future service and provided a printed list of items with costs. I had difficulty getting the tech's video on my phone. I had a 10am appointment for basic service, arrived at 955, didn't appear busy. My vehicle went right in but it took 80 minutes for it to come out of the service bay. Usually takes under an hour. Not a big deal. Will be back in February. Happy holidays!!! More

I am a Costco member and went through their auto program to find Naples Mazda. Jordan was my first point of contact - a simple phone call to get me to take a test drive. Marcos walked me through all the other steps! More
