Since the techs hadn’t arrived yet when I dropped off my car, they were going to reschedule me but they forgot, had to call a few days before and was told the guy who had helped me was let go, only to see h car, they were going to reschedule me but they forgot, had to call a few days before and was told the guy who had helped me was let go, only to see him the day I went in again, they forgot to call me about my car being ready, I reached out to them and they answered me late at around their closing time so I had to leave it there until the next day, never was sent the video of the repair and when I picked up my car, I noticed they had left stains inside. I realized I wasn’t even given any paperwork to keep like they usually do. I’ve never had a bad experience but this time everything about it was off putting. More
