Very disappointed by the service department not giving me any updates on my car for several hours. Had to come and pick up the car without no calls. Lack of workers is not an excuse to not inform the custome any updates on my car for several hours. Had to come and pick up the car without no calls. Very unreliable place to bring the vehicle for service. Had 2 issue with this place already and will not be bring the vehicle here any longer. More

I was very pleased with the expected wait time. The waiting room was comfortable. I was informed each time a task was completed. My car starts immediately after receiving a new battery! I had a great, supportive experience at Naples Mazda. Roger Hess, Service Advisor, and his team, took my concern about my failing Air Conditioning system and worked with me and Mazda to ensure it was cov Roger Hess, Service Advisor, and his team, took my concern about my failing Air Conditioning system and worked with me and Mazda to ensure it was covered as a warranty repair. It was an all day repair and Roger kept me up to date. The team there even arranged a loaner car on short notice the same day so I wouldn’t miss a Doctor’s appointment while the car was being repaired. I can’t say enough how much Roger and the service team at Naples Mazda made me feel like a valued Mazda owner. I will go back there without hesitation for service on my Mazda. More

Poor communication and misleading information concerning my purchase of a new car on 3/22/24. The car had a defect which was heard during test drive by both myself and salesperson. After I purchased car a my purchase of a new car on 3/22/24. The car had a defect which was heard during test drive by both myself and salesperson. After I purchased car and brought it in to service 3 days later, and service could not solve issue at that time, I was told by salesperson and GM of sales, a car was coming in within a month to replace. This turned into a 4 month ordeal with little communication from dealership and trade in situation at a higher interest rate and money lost on my part. I was then told by the GM I should’ve never driven in off the lot in the first place! No Kidding! More
