Bradley was awesome. I believe it was his first or second week. I didn't feel pressured at all which is why I stayed. Our car payoff was 18,000 with 1000 for taxes title and fees. The warranty was 1800. 00 but we were charged $5,000. 00. The warranty cost $5000,00 for an $1800. 00 Warranty. What a rip off. New service manager was very short/rude with me and the new employee who was helping me. Would tell her she’s doing things wrong in a very degrading and embarrassing way.
