There is always so much confusion when I go into Naples Mazda. I got their prepaid service plan and I always have to explain that, every time I go to the front desk. The wait times can be quite long for ba Mazda. I got their prepaid service plan and I always have to explain that, every time I go to the front desk. The wait times can be quite long for basic service. There is also much misleading language on their site. It says that you can have a loaner car, but I have never been able to get one, after making the request at every visit. More
