2016 CX-9 signature 173,000 highway miles the car has only been to the dealership for all service!!! I am a fanatic with this car and love it . I was driving from New York to Florida for my yearly vac only been to the dealership for all service!!! I am a fanatic with this car and love it . I was driving from New York to Florida for my yearly vacation. I was almost off route 4 when my car overheated. I had it at my local dealer just before I left to have it serviced and all checked out. It started to overheat and I called Naples Mazda to see if they were open and could possibly fix it . They flushed the radiator and said the PCM needed a reprogrammed. The car worked for one day then the check engine light came on and car went into limp mode. I took it in again and now they said the battery cable was cut and the power control module needs to be replaced.they were nice enough to give me a loaner. My car overheated again on my way home to New York. With 100 miles left on my vacation. So the $1900 that you charged me did not fix the issue. Also the cover to the PCM part was missing and I will be calling for you to mail it to me . Now to my local dealer to see what is up with my car. More
Paul was the best I have ever dealt with and so was Rick at explaining the fees associated with my purchase. I called the dealership because they were the lowest priced car in the country. All dealerships have added costs and nobody seems to negotiate the price anymore. Once I was told what the dealership charges were and what I got for it on a vehicle that was priced over 2k less than any vehicle I was able to find I was so excited! They have a one year service plan good at any Mazda store and a true lifetime warranty good anywhere in the United States. I was very apprehensive as any dealer that has this warranty has too many conditions attached to it. I reached out and did my due diligence and found that everything they had had significant merit. I would never want to buy a car from any other store. I love my lexus and hope I make you pay for that lifetime warranty. If you decide to do business with anyone other than this store your making a mistake! More

Service to 2023 Mazda CX5. 8:30 am appointment, waiting for car. Service complete at 9:47 a.m., service did not notify, remained in waiting room until 11;30 expecting service 8:30 am appointment, waiting for car. Finally search lot for car, found and went to get paper work. Almost 2 hour excess wait time. More
