The service I needed took longer than expected. I had a 7:30 am appointment and expected to get the car back the same day. In fairness, it turned out to be a very busy day for the service departm I had a 7:30 am appointment and expected to get the car back the same day. I had an oil change appointment on 4/11 that I thought was done correctly, but after driving around for a week I noticed I was leaking oil. Had to go back on 4/20 to see what was the problem. Turns out th was done correctly, but after driving around for a week I noticed I was leaking oil. Had to go back on 4/20 to see what was the problem. Turns out that the drain plug was not screwed on properly on the 4/11 visit. If I didn't notice the problem this could have been terrible for my car. More
