There is always so much confusion when I go into Naples Mazda. I got their prepaid service plan and I always have to explain that, every time I go to the front desk. The woman who scheduled my appt over phone wasn't fluid in English & couldn't understand the Service that I wanted (the mileage inspection service which displays on dashboard panel when it's time to get se in English & couldn't understand the Service that I wanted (the mileage inspection service which displays on dashboard panel when it's time to get service) She only scheduled me for an oil change. When I arrived she was initially the person to check me in & we still had difficulty in communication. When Scott stepped in she said, "I speak 3 languages. I'm sorry my English isn't good enough for you." But she stated that rudely not apologetically. I though geez now I have to deal with her attitude. But Scott took over & he was extremely professional, pleasant and accommodating. He took exceptional care of me and ensured my vehicle was comprehensively serviced correctly. More
