When I have my suv serviced at the Cadillac dealer they alway wash my car and vacuumed it at no charged. The Mazda dealership didn’t wash or vacuumed by suv but left smudged by hood. The service took 2 hours 3/4 min to change the oil snd rotate the tires. I feel that was too much considering I had an appointment at 9:30am. The guy we bought the Mazda CX 90 PHEV from said that the tires take just nitrogen which means they shouldn’t lose air on cold warnings. Well the first cold morning we had tires lost air And the warning lights just kept coming on for weeks after that.. Now for service on the recall, Noah was very nice. He was very helpful. I have to say he seems like a very nice guy. My problem is the loaner we got was dirty. It obviously was not clean after the last use. I took it to a car wash, I got it dirty from Irritation water so I took it to the car wash a second time and after that the inside seemed to be fairly clean. The car was in for two recalls from Saturday until Tuesday afternoon. I would have liked a written explanation of the recall and how the car did, but I didn’t get that. I got a video walk around of the car, but that really doesn’t do a lot of good. Over the years, our family has owned 11 or so Mazda’s so we like them. More

They lied on one of two estimates. One claiming to need brakes. After I said that the car had <5k miles and was purchased from them, they suggested they would service it for me. I brought it to them for repair and, like magic, the next report said the brakes were great and needed nothing. The tires were also bald. They said they would repair them and later changed their mind. They sold me a car with unsafe tires. I paid for the pre certification ($$$$) and service agreement. The only reasonable person in the entire enterprise was Mrs. Alves, who was wonderful in every way. She was proficient, professional and polite. I have only nice things to say about her. Also, the sales manager gave me a time to come in for service and claimed he would make the service department aware. He didn’t. Instead, I had to explain myself all morning and try to justify why I was there. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau and getting anattorney. More
The staff were all nice & welcoming.
