This dealership does not participate in Mazda’s Global professionals program. We ended up putting 10k down payment for a 31k car at a higher financing interest rate. After we signed the contract, took the professionals program. We ended up putting 10k down payment for a 31k car at a higher financing interest rate. After we signed the contract, took the car home and owning it for a week or so, they told us that we were not approved for financing and that they have to change it to a lease program. They changed our contract twice. The 2nd time was when we upgraded our car after 1 year without missing any lease payments. They agreed in a much lower interest rate after putting another down payment required for a bigger car that we want. But then again, after a week of ownership they called us that we were not approved at a previous signed interest rate. We have to settle at a much higher rate. I don’t know if it’s the usual practice of dealerships here in the US. More
