Our experience was wonderful from the time we called until the time we were leaving after purchasing our car. Our sales person Mike was wonderful as was Ryan in financing and Veronica and the fellow wit until the time we were leaving after purchasing our car. Our sales person Mike was wonderful as was Ryan in financing and Veronica and the fellow with her whose name I can't recall in the car insurance department, as well as the manager. Everyone was so helpful, not pushy and very professional. It was a wonderful experience to be surrounded by so many helpful, kind, and knowledgeable people. The dealership is beautiful and very clean . It is truly a top-notch dealership that we would highly recommend to everyone. More

We happened upon Naples Mazda looking for a certified used car online for my daughter's sweet 16. Very glad I did. We live in the Florida Panhandle and I could not travel to South Florida during COVID-19 due to health issues. From the first contact with Erin to the last with Phil and Jeremiah, everyone I communicated with was very professional and solely interested in ensuring we were able to make the deal happen despite the distance. Communication was prompt and frequent, never pressuring. The final deal was very fair and the vehicle exactly as described. Highly recommend!! More
