The whole process was poor but the worst part was after 3hrs they would not give me the car until I purchased car insurance from their in store insurance agents. I showed them that I had Florida insurance 3hrs they would not give me the car until I purchased car insurance from their in store insurance agents. I showed them that I had Florida insurance and I had 7-30 days to add the car to my existing policy. Didn’t matter. Would not buy a car from them again. More
