I had a dying battery and I was able to schedule an appointment with ease online. I was worried that the dealer wasn’t going to honor the fact that the car was still under warranty and I would have to appointment with ease online. I was worried that the dealer wasn’t going to honor the fact that the car was still under warranty and I would have to argue with them, but I was pleasantly surprised when I was told there would be no charge. I was happy that the dealer was honest and they were quick and communicative, and courteous. More
Came back to check on vehicle status from oil change. I’m told it’s ready but never received a completed text like usual. My husband checks the oil twice with the service advisor and it wasn’t changed, in fact probably not even moved from where it was left at drop off. I’ve bought 3 Mazda’s from there and always bought the maintenance plan. Very disappointed that someone would take advantage of customers like that. If they forgot my car, then they forgot, it happens, but to say service was done when it wasn’t is inexcusable. They took my car in right away & rushed it through, but I never received the usual video, nor the sheet that shows my tires, battery, etc. More

Dealer showed great attentiveness to the issue we faced with an engine light coming on. Apparently obscure codes were being thrown (which is not comforting for a new Mazda under 7,000 miles) and ultimately with an engine light coming on. The repair took longer than expected, but Naples Mazda kept on it until the issue was resolved. More
