Nice and helpful. I thought I only needed break pads and found out I needed front and back breaks. Someone should clean the waiting area constantly with the epidemic. I took my Explorer Platinium to get fix, had two bad parking sensor. I had to make a trip to the dealership 4 times before they actually accepted to stay with my SUV just because the warning light was c parking sensor. I had to make a trip to the dealership 4 times before they actually accepted to stay with my SUV just because the warning light was coming On and Off, it wasn’t staying On all the time. But the bigger problem is that they order the wrong color sensors and they decided to paint the sensor with a Black permanente marker. And they even went outside of the sensor and painted over an other part of the sensor. This looks like a job that got done on a alley! I’m very disappointed that a Ford Dealerships actually attempted to do something like this to a $65k SUV. I’m still waiting for their call to solve this issue!!! More
I paid for work that should of been covered under the extended warranty. I'm Still having same problem with the vehicle. Appointment Friday April 3, same problem. You've been in business so long ,service providers have become complacent ,terrible service. When I was told what the problem was with my car,I was told it was $149.00. I asked," was it covered under warranty?" His response was," its only $149.00!!". I'm a ford man,I have 3 Fords. It's my wife's turn to get an upgrade,another ford explorer limited or platinum,May or June. I'm looking at lagrange or Sutton ford in mattson. More
