Best Ford experience yet! I had work done at 3 different Ford dealerships and by far this was my best experience. The Facility is amazingly clean and accommodating. Recall and car alarm adjustment Our car alarm was going off frequently so I contacted Anthony G. whom we bought our Explorer from and he promptly emailed back to contact Service and Our car alarm was going off frequently so I contacted Anthony G. whom we bought our Explorer from and he promptly emailed back to contact Service and let him know if we had any issues. Kathy from service was wonderful. She informed me how long it would be and got another service personnel to drive me home. she called after 2 hours as she said she would and informed me of what they had done to help. As I was in line for my paperwork, I saw Anthony G. who again made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and reassured me that if I was still having an issue to reach out to him and Kathy and they would try to rectify the problem no matter what. That made me feel very reassured. More
