Great customer service The customer service was great they took care of my SUV on time as they told me and all was done properly, this was recall service that they called me The customer service was great they took care of my SUV on time as they told me and all was done properly, this was recall service that they called me the day before and they accommodate the service the very next day free of charge and they even offered me shuttle service to take me home if needed, the staff was very nice and friendly and offered me if I want any coffee or water,, very good experience with this location and while I waited on the premises they have a great customer lounge with and area for kids that my kid enjoyed while we waited I watched tv and they have restrooms very close by that were very neat too, at the end the cashier was very nice and gave me clear instructions how to obtain my car, thank you Hawk Ford! More

Predatory sales people and bad service from service departme Service department did not take care or verify my concern just guessed that the noise was coming from the brakes. I got the car back hoping for grinding noise to be gone and was still there, now they are guessing that it "could" be the tires or "could" be rear brakes or "could" be a wheel bearing. A customer's concern should be verified for a proper diagnosis and this was not done terrible service a waste of my time and money. No wonder people see technicians as bad people More
