This dealership will screw you selling you a car and their service department is just as bad when making appointments. They sell DEFECTIVE CARS, and then write new contracts charging you for DEFECTIVE C their service department is just as bad when making appointments. I bought a Brand New Bronco had 6 months, DEFECTIVE, other dealers not them could fix. Took back to Napleton and they sold me new car losing everything I put towards DEFECTIVE Bronco. 29 thousand they are saying I still owe on Bronco added to my new contract for Escape 105 thousand for Escape.Plus with Bronco I traded in a car 71 thousand miles Escape, 13 thousand cash down and 6 payments of $816. A month. I lost it ALL AND NAPLETON WONT WORK WITH ME. Dealer never put service contract in system, had to fight for My oil change and maintenance contract so I didn’t have to pay for it.New contract for Escape has wrong information on it. Address change and they changed my Username so I can’t get to my account. I call tech to get on my account and I have another person account information, that went to fraud but still can’t access My account. They took out cc without permission. When signing they said $1000 on cc got statement and it was $5000 they put on it.Made appointment with Kathy to try and straighten mess up Went to appointment and she was on vacation. Service: made appointment for 7 am oil change, dropped car overnight.Called 11:30 am and my keys were still in drop box…excuse is the guy who usually does drop box called in.I got my car at 3 pm when done. This building was Hawk Ford for many years. My family bought 12 cars from Hawk Ford never a problem. If I knew the building was taken over by Ed Napleton Group…I would have never walked in. I have heard several complaints about the Ed Napleton Group and their deceptive practices. This Company should be investigated for deceptive practices. And stopped !!!! Will continue Spreading the Word about the Ed Napleton and their Deceptive practices. More
