I had issues with 911 Turbo S I bought from this dealer recently and he straightened everything out and made me order brand new 911 Turbo S from them. It’s only thanks to those two guys that I came back. The initial contact was made with Eric Hargrove, their GSM, and his approach was terrible. He wouldn’t listen to my concerns or complaints. I’m very easy going and offered him ordering another car but he wouldn’t listen and was very offensive. If it wasn’t for Paul S. and Jeff I would definitely quit on them. Stay away from Mr Hargrove. Thank you Jeff and Paul. You’re great!!! Can’t wait to take delivery of my new Porsche 911 Turbo S in October. More

Eric went above and beyond by helping me easily orchestrate the complex transaction and keeping me in the loop on our progress by text and email. He treated me like a valued customer. After having been low-balled by several dealers on my Mercedes trade in, Napleton actually made me a very decent offer.
