These buys are not your typical car dealers. They're incredibly knowledgeable, experienced...and honest! This dealership sold the car out from under me even though a deposit slip was filled out. Be ware they claim they are just wanting to make the customer happy but they really aren’t. They try and maximize profits even if it means backing out of one deal already made and going to another customer to sell the car at a higher price. Be ware do not recommend, also have heard from several people their service department is a joke as well. All around this dealership needs an entirely new staff then hopefully they would be better. I recently purchased a certified used 2019 Cayenne. The brakes squeal horribly. I previously owned a Cayenne and did not have this problem. I was told by the service department that there was nothing that brakes squeal horribly. I previously owned a Cayenne and did not have this problem. I was told by the service department that there was nothing that could be done and the problem might not get any better. I think this is unacceptable. Squealing brakes are a very irritating sound and not something I should have to live with after spending 80k on a vehicle. More
