My husband called and made an appointment for a recall for his car after receiving a letter from Jeep. He brought in his car and the service person (Eric) told him that there was no recall and that he didn't know what he was talking about. He even went to the point to prove he was right by showing him a screen. We received a letter from the dealer in regards to the recall and my husband had a number that he could call if there was any problems. He spoke to a woman who called Eric and Eric claims he made a mistake and had put in the wrong car info. My husband asked him to make sure he did put in the right car and that is when Eric became hostile and argumentative. My husband called him back and now Eric instead of apologizing has blamed my husband once again for his mistake. Very unprofessional and rude.
