Dishonest is only word to describe this dealership.Car I wanted to purchase was 17,498 out door 25,000not sure what happened but I was not interested .Before coming here visited 2other out door cost were p wanted to purchase was 17,498 out door 25,000not sure what happened but I was not interested .Before coming here visited 2other out door cost were price car ,taxes, title ,doc fee, which added about 3,000 to price but at Napelton Kia fees added to price of car were in access of 8,000dollars. Stay away hidden fees dishonest , salesman had hearing problem I told him 4x remove hidden fees or I will not purchase. He continued to try to convince me 8,000 fees were needed to purchase car.5 star reviews not sure there even real buyer be ware stay away from this place dishonest dealership.. More

Sales people lied about financing and monthly payment. Sadly did not catch it until it was too late.
