Sales people lied about financing and monthly payment. Sadly did not catch it until it was too late. I cannot stress this enough about this dealership and there staff. It is utter horrible experience everytime we come to them to either look for a new trade in or new lease or service. We keep getting the there staff. It is utter horrible experience everytime we come to them to either look for a new trade in or new lease or service. We keep getting the same around the circle lies and under knowledged of being a dealership. We came in today to do a return lease on our vehicle as the lease time is up and it was still utter horrible experience. The process was never explained. Gentleman comes out. Grabs the keys to get the Odometer reading. Vanishes into an office. Comes back after 10 or so mintues. Hands a paper and says done. I asked if we can use a "Philips" screwdriver to remove the plates. He vanishes back into the office and not seen for literally 20minutes. I speack to the front desk lady regarding it and says he is on the phone. Waited additional 10minutes and nothing. I then proceed to the service department to ask about a philips screw driver to use to take the plate off and was told that the techs will not let anyone use there equipment. Thats understandable. I asked if anyone of them can just come to take the plate off and was told flat out "NO". I go back inside to speak to front desk again and she gotten other person to retrieve a screwdriver. Apparently for a dealership of automotive do not know the difference from a flat head and a Philips screwdriver and was given a flat head that was still oversize to fit any screwhead. Mind you that the screws that are in the plate were the screws the dealership first installed the plates with. Instead of wasting more time there I jerry rig the screw driver to try to take the plates off which i succeeded in doing and went back in to return the equipment and just decided to leave. I called the dealership not more then 10 minutes later to ask about the process of the return of end of lease vehicle only to get the transfer around of multiple times of unknowledged staff including back to the front desk and multiple hang ups by Napleton staff. Even when asking the simple question of what the process is for end of lease return. Again being hanged up upon and or transferred back to the front desk. So to say the least. I have one more vehicle that will be up in lease as well and will be return as well as I nor my family and friends will deal with this dealership again. As my friends have had the same experience with this same dealership and they are all planning to either return leases or never to buy from them again. I know this review will be sent to be review and will not be published. I will have taken a screenshot of this page and will also post on other forums and web reviews for this dealership. More
