After speaking to Elizabeth Guzman, I drove 45 minutes from Chicago to purchase a Mini Cooper Clubman. The salesman showed up with a sheet of charges, including 995 (dealer fee), 1295 (Napleton Experienc from Chicago to purchase a Mini Cooper Clubman. The salesman showed up with a sheet of charges, including 995 (dealer fee), 1295 (Napleton Experience charge). He hold me the Napleton Experience Charge was optional. When I asked him to take it off, he spoke to his manager and then came back and said the manager was refusing to take it off. This silly charge includes free car washes and a oil change which I would in any case get in the city. He then asked me if I found a lower advertised price somewhere else. THESE GUYS AND THIS DEALERSHIP ARE CROOKS.. THEY CAT FISH TO BRING PEOPLE IN AND THEN SNEAK THESE RIDICULOUS AND POINTLESS FEES AT THE LAST MINUTE TO MAKE MORE MONEY OFF THE CUSTOMER!! I was so disgusted by their behavior, I left without buying the car. I would never do this to my customer! They were unethical and lied repeatedly while sitting across from me. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Or be willing to be scammed by them once you get there. More

I was in this dealership a few weeks ago, to buy a used car. I had been waiting for the car to brought to the dealership from service for a few days. As soon as it got there i went there and test drove i car. I had been waiting for the car to brought to the dealership from service for a few days. As soon as it got there i went there and test drove it and said i wanted to buy it. I signed the good faith sheet as we went back and forth on pricing. In the mean time they sold it to another customer. I was dumbfounded that they would do such a thing. The Sales manager Lee wouldn't come out of his office to discuss with me so I left, but not before The sales guy who sold the car to the other customer was getting high fives for stealing the sale in front of me. It was absolutely disgusting and so unprofessional He called later saying he felt bad and didn't know i was waiting for the car, but offered to hold a car for me if i found one. It was a little too late to offer that This was the second bad experience that I have had at a napleton dealership in 6 weeks. I have and will buy lots of cars, but not from them. I would tell you to avoid them at all costs. There are plenty of other dealers who will work to earn and keep your business. AVOID AVOID AVOID More

Came here for a second time and turned in our 2 leases and bought 2 new leases. We are very happy with the sales experience.
