DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I went today to purchase a 2019 Rogue with an advertised price of $17,624. I worked with Andre who told me that the price is set so low that the dealership is barely making money on Rogue with an advertised price of $17,624. I waited 30 minutes for him to come back with a price from the sales manager and was shocked and frankly upset. They charge $2,895 for a Used Vehicle Inspection fee, $1,395 for their "maintenance/add on warranty" , $900 Processing fee and then finally taxes and title. He gave me an out the door price of around 26k!!! He was willing to go down to $1895 on the Used vehicle Inspection fee since he misquoted me earlier....but they cannot explain what the fees break down to. When I declined the extra maintenance package, he said he couldn't get rid of the used vehicle fee or the processing fee. He needed 2 of the 3 fees to make a deal. This is shady business practice. This is also bait and switch practices. Andre's explanation is that the dealership has to get paid too, they got bills to pay. Places and sales practices like this is why people don't trust dealerships. They literally would rather not make a sale to price gouge someone who is desperate enough to buy. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. He even talked with my dad to assure him and broke down the final cost very clearly. I was so happy that he was the agent I got because it typically takes a little bit for my dad to feel confident. Adam broke down every possible option and stuck with us until we made the purchase. It really was an unarguably superb deal. So happy I found my new car at this dealership and got to work with Adam.
