Kyle went through what cars were available, and asked about what I was looking for to match me with my best car. I also had a lot of questions that Kyle answered patiently. Jon, one of the managers, kept checking in on us and was able to help work a deal that fit my needs. Through the lengthy process (I was there for 6 hours from the time I dropped my car off at service to the time I pulled out with my new car) Kyle kept checking in with me. This visit was a very positive one. I've had issues in the past. That's why I gave 4 out 5 stars. More
Read all the negative reviews, but still gave it a chance Went in earlier this week to check out a used RLX from their lot. Just like everyone else, the car which was advertised at 17k went up to 6k more (and this is without tax). This Kia/Acura dealership is a master at scamming people out of their money. I really do not know how this dealership is still in business unless they are selling to first time naive buyers only. Knowing some of these red flags ahead of time, I asked the salesman during the test drive about what is INCLUDED and he went on to describe the napelton maintenance package-- I clearly confirmed with him during the test drive if this was included and free, twice. Once we got back and started talking numbers, I see the $1395 "required" maintenance package slapped on the pricing sheet (along with the other absolutely ridiculous BS fees) . I reminded him that he said this was free, and his response was "well yes, when you come in for the servicing you don't have to pay anything at that time. WOW. I'm pretty sure even he knew this was a bogus deal, but he is just doing his job under the rules of his whack management. Please re-name your dealership to Napleton's Bait-and-Switch Kia and Acura. Highly recommend Andre I LOVE my Kia Soul. I've had it a week now, driven it through the snow ( It's great) and it is all Andre promised. Suggestion: if you want a Soul, get I LOVE my Kia Soul. Suggestion: if you want a Soul, get it a fully decked out LX, The LX has great power as my test drive with Andre showed me. ANDRE JENNINGS was a GREAT guy, personable, laid back. He was cool from the moment we walked in. HE did not pressure us directly, though I suspect his managers tried to press him into giving us deals we did not want, but we stuck to our guns and Andre gave us what we needed which, to me, proves this is a worthy dealership. (Quick note): I would have liked to have been offered coffee right after the test drive. But I highly recommend Kia Napleton and ANDRE! Another note: the process was looooooong. It really could have been streamlined better. And btw we did NOT buy the protective sealant they try to sell you.) The point being, I thought Andre was great! (and the guy who rang us up with the pink shirt! Hello sir!) But I highly recommend Kia Napleton and ANDRE! He gave us what we needed. My suggestion is to learn ALL about the car BEFORE coming in, tutorials on buying a car, come here and ask for Andre. He was great and he doesn't even know how happy he has made me driving this car. I really liked this place. After all I've said, I would happily buy a second car from this dealership and I highly recommend Kia cars and this dealership and especially Andre. ( Thank you sir.) I am trying to give Andre a review below but I cannot get his name to come up under SALES. Only Monica Jucan shows up. ??? I want to give Andre a give a good review but I know how. More
