No 2nd key We bought 2 cars from them. A GMC Terrain. We were told it only has one key and nothing they could do after all the papers were signed and in the park We bought 2 cars from them. A GMC Terrain. We were told it only has one key and nothing they could do after all the papers were signed and in the parking lot. I wasn't aware of the cost to replace a key so it wasn't a big deal. once we found out the price we asked for a second key time and time again and nothing. We ended up paying about $500 to have a new key made. Against my better judgement I seen a truck on their lot that I feel in love with. This is my new 2018 Chevy Silverado with 6000 miles on it. I told them about the key issue we had and I wasn't going to do it again. The salesman and sales manager assured me the previous owner was sending in the 2nd key with the title. I asked repeatedly about this. I was given the thumbs up and salesman wink. After a week of nothing I emailed into the manager Ted, the salesman and sales manager. My response from Ted was they can only give me what the customer gives them. I asked if they could get a key made for me. I was told no! I asked if they had someone their that makes keys and maybe I could get a dealership discount and I pay for it. The response was I'll get back to you. My next 3 emails fell on deaf ears. So currently I have 1 key for my truck. Its about $300 to get a replacement key not the fob just the key and get it programmed. So my experiance with Ed Napleton is once they have your money screw you on anything else. This dealership has left a very bitter taste in our mouth. More
