SEE KYLE Never thought I could buy a new car ..one dealership said they need money down in order to finance me the used car that I was looking at which was Never thought I could buy a new car ..one dealership said they need money down in order to finance me the used car that I was looking at which was actually more expensive then my new Kia that I have now.. Just so happen to stop by to look feeling disappointed because I knew I would not have money until my next paycheck which isn't until next week and I meet Kyle my salesman.. He was professional very straight forward no games answered all my questions with out having to "ask my manager" which other salesmen were doing at the previous dealerships that I visited today.I very happy with my new Kia Optima black on black beautiful car has all the features I need .. I looked at many different makes of vehicles and talked to quite a few sales consultants at various dealerships. I wanted to test drive a used car at Napleton Kia at Elmhurst and talk with someone about what was available on my budget. Enter Kyle Gonzalez. He was professional and friendly, he listened to my needs and concerns, and found the perfect car for me, far exceeding my expectations. Terrible customer service I recently purchased a Ford F-150 from this dealership. Only about an hour after leaving the dealership a service light pops up on my dashboard so I c I recently purchased a Ford F-150 from this dealership. Only about an hour after leaving the dealership a service light pops up on my dashboard so I call and set up an appointment to have it checked out the next day. At the service center after about a 5 minute look at the car they tell me that I should take it to ford that they don’t know what it is! This after I purchased the “napleton expirience” for $ 1390! I’ve been trying to reach the salesmen who sold me the car as he promised he would get back to me but every time I call they say he is busy or simply he never gets on the line. I spoke to a manager who said he would call me in a couple hours and of course no call back! Be careful with this dealership they are out for your money and once they have it you can forget about having a good expirience! The salesmen who sold me this car is called Wilson. More

The experience is that they falsely advertise their used car pricing. I'm sure this practice carry's over into the entire dealership. I would avoid them at all costs. More

Service is Terrible. ROGER is horrendous!!!!!! My wife took her car there due to a loud noise while driving. The service guy roger gave her and I an EXTREEMLY difficult time. UNDER WARRANTY, he insisted on other items being fixed first, before he could address the issue. The car has been there over 2 weeks. Not one single phone call from him or other regarding the status of the car. She asked the girl in front to speak to the manager, she stated "He was not there at the time." TOTAL B.S.! He was there, she saw him walking around, but she did NOT know he was the manager. He then came out and pretended like he was concerned. THE worst case of customer service I have EVER seen. I expected much more concern for the needs of their customers. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!! LOVE the car, HATE the service. I Wish I could rate it a NEGATIVE 5. More
