Service Rep Mike M I have a KIA Optima SXL, that was part of a factory recall Mike M. in the service department was extremely knowledgeable about this vehicle and the v I have a KIA Optima SXL, that was part of a factory recall Mike M. in the service department was extremely knowledgeable about this vehicle and the various equipment and requirements needed to service it correctly, he explain everything to me in great detail not using industry jargon to give me a very clear understanding of what was needed and why, The parts required were on back order from the factory in Korea, he continually stayed in contact with me until the parts arrived and the repairs were completed, I brought my car in again last week for a replacement part and some routine maintenance. Once again Mike was spot on, I brought the car in as scheduled and as promised within a few hours the work was completed, I will definitely be considering this dealership on the purchase of my next vehicle More
