When I had a CHEVY gave me only 5 years and never paid for maintenance even the windshield fluid they put it on. I REMEMBER ASK TWICE to the man who sold me the warranty ... do I have to pay for maintenance and service? and he said No cause the warranty you have is the best. Believe me I dont see it. With the money I'm paying the warranty I can save it and all the expenses im paying now I could have more on my pocket. Anyway is just ridiculous come every time to maintenance and find out I have to pay for something extra. Hope you guys have better experience at kia dealers than me. Is better to have somebody to tell you the truth since the beginning than find the lies after and you have to pay for it. Good luck at services department and more at the moment to buy your car at kia dealers or at Nappletons kia at Elmhurst. More

Our initial experience forced us to leave the dealership due to the fact that our requested pricing information had not been prepared and the person in charge of pricing had left for the day, despite our existing appointment. We returned to the dealership 1 week later and had the most flawless experience we could have imagined. Not only were we given a fantastic deal on our brand new car, but we were treated with the respect and kindness that we had hoped for.
